My career in the steel and metals industry began in 1994, developing trading operations from the ground up and forging strategic networks across Asia. These experiences shaped a belief that lasting success comes from integrity, precision, and a deep understanding of the markets we serve. Along this journey, I have been honoured to receive the SIBL Award from SICCI in 2016, and later the PBM National Day Award in 2023, a recognition reserved for individuals who have made tangible contributions to community development and public service in Singapore. This acknowledgement reflects the broader impact I strive to create both within and beyond the industry.
Over the last 19 years, Tarsan International has grown from a focused metal and scrap trading initiative into a respected global company strengthened by enduring relationships, resilient strategies, and an adaptive mindset. In 2023, our collective effort was further recognized when Tarsan International received the SME500 Singapore Award, underscoring our commitment to excellence, reliability, and sustainable progress.

Subra primarily oversees the organisation’s Operations and Documentation functions. Drawing on extensive experience in shipping, documentation, and trade coordination, he plays a key role in establishing robust systems and controls that ensure every transaction is executed smoothly and on schedule. His structured approach and operational insight strengthen Tarsan’s ability to deliver reliable, efficient service across global markets.
He holds an Advanced Diploma in Procurement & Supply from the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Andhra University.
Jiny John manages the accounting operations of Tarsan International with strong technical expertise in Tally and compliance with Singapore accounting standards. She holds a Master of Commerce from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University and has completed a specialised Computer Accounts program in Tally from LanX Computer Education & Training Institute.
Her responsibilities include maintaining full bookkeeping for the group companies, preparing accounting reports, finalising year-end financial statements, and coordinating with auditors for timely completion of audits. She handles GST reporting, prepares and submits banking documents for LC and payment processes, monitors client payments, and manages key administrative functions such as voucher preparation, cheque processing, and HR-related tasks.
Patrick Ho oversees key financial functions at Tarsan International. He manages and configures the Tally software environment, creating accounting profiles and cost centres tailored to operational requirements.
He reviews accounts and conducts year end internal audits to ensure precise postings. He finalises company accounts for year-end audits. Patrick verifies and checks GST submissions to meet regulatory timelines.
